DO NOT confirm or provide information to any texts or calls that request personal information such as any username and/or password, debit or credit card number or other financial information, social security number, picture of your license, etc. 

These are usually SCAMS. 

If it is a buiness that you normally deal with, hang up and call them back from a number that is provided on your statements to insure you a speaking with the business directly and not a scammer.
